Shipping Policy

Orders from Brazil require the customer to pay customs duties at the time of local customs clearance. We do not support refunds for losses (destruction of goods by customs, etc.) caused by customers' refusal to pay customs duties.

1. General Shipping Information:

1) Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
2) We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3) Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control. 

2.Does the item come with free shipping?

No, Minisobeat offers free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping services are available at an additional cost.

4. How will my order be shipped?
We have warehouses in the United States and several European countries, with select products in stock for fast delivery within 3–6 days. For other countries, orders are shipped via air freight from our Hong Kong facility. Please note that the exact delivery time may vary depending on the product and its stock location.

5.How Can I Track My Order?

If you have a minisobeat.com account you can view your order's status under the "My Orders" tab of your account page. If you do not have an account you track your order here. You will need your order number and contact email on hand.

6. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?
We strive to ship all your items together. However, different shipping methods may be used depending on the product and availability. You will receive a shipment notification email when each item is shipped.

7. Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been shipped.

8. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

.com. To help us resolve the issue, kindly provide photos of the product received, including the care instruction tag (with the IMPA Code number) and the package label. These details will help us investigate and address the issue efficiently.
